Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Coral Diving Club, we understand that plans may change. To ensure smooth operations and fair scheduling for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies:

Daily Trips & Activities

For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip, guests will receive a full refund.

For cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled trip, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip, or in case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

PADI Courses & Online Learning Materials

For any PADI course booking, once the online learning materials have been sent or assigned to the student, a 50% cancellation fee of the full course amount will apply, regardless of how long before the course start date the cancellation is made.

This is because PADI online materials and course preparation are activated specifically for each student and cannot be fully refunded once issued.

Weather or Operational Cancellation

If Coral Diving Club cancels a trip or activity due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or operational circumstances, guests will be offered either:

a new available date, or
a full refund.

Important Notes

Refunds apply only according to the policy above.
Any bank charges, card processing fees, or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cancellations must be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp to be officially recorded.
